MeroSamachar has been upgraded to a newer version, version 2. With this we have fixed a major bug and the problem of news getting updated very late than the time it was posted in news sources. There was a hierarchy of four to five levels and we have reduced it to just one single level. Hence we believe that there wont be major lag rather than a maximum span of 3-8 minutes in getting the news updated.
Also we have prioritized the major news sources to higher priority so that any update will be displayed as fast as possible.
Further, we make the system backward compatible, we have restored the old links too. By this there might be some cases like links to be duplicated. However, it wont continue after today, the day we just upgraded. We just dont want to break up the tweets, and sharings that were done from MeroSamachar. Every single share, is valuable and neither of them will have a breakdown.
Just after the system was upgraded, we noticed that the links were shown continously from one media and then only another media source was listed. Hence for this time we have just randomized the links. No more randomization in coming days, before anything such major required.
Finally, we extend our humble apologies for the downtime. We tried our best to reduce it to around 950 seconds (~15 minutes).
